    By accessing this Website or registering as a player, sponsor, partner, or user, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

    1. Purpose of Website

    2. Player Registration & Eligibility

    By registering as a player with SFCBL, you agree that:

    • All information submitted is accurate, complete, and current
    • You meet all eligibility requirements established by SFCBL
    • You are responsible for maintaining your own compliance with:
      • NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and/or applicable collegiate rules
      • Your respective school or governing body requirements

    SFCBL does not assume responsibility for a player’s eligibility status with any external organization.

    SFCBL reserves the right to:

    • Approve or deny any player registration
    • Remove or suspend players at its discretion for conduct, eligibility, or league-related reasons

    3. Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) Rights

    By participating in SFCBL or submitting information through this Website, you grant SFCBL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your:

    • Name
    • Image
    • Likeness
    • Voice
    • Biographical information
    • Performance data and statistics

    for purposes including, but not limited to:

    • League promotion and marketing
    • Social media and digital content
    • Broadcasts and live streams
    • Sponsorship activations and promotional campaigns

    NIL Monetization

    SFCBL may provide platforms, tools, or partnerships (including third-party services) that enable players to monetize their NIL.

    By using such services, you acknowledge:

    • Participation is voluntary
    • SFCBL does not guarantee income or results
    • You are solely responsible for complying with applicable NIL laws and regulations

    SFCBL is not liable for disputes between players and third-party sponsors, platforms, or partners.

    4. Sponsorship & Partner Relationships

    Businesses, sponsors, and partners engaging with SFCBL through this Website agree that:

    • All sponsorship commitments are subject to separate written agreements
    • SFCBL retains full control over league branding, presentation, and execution
    • Sponsorship benefits (advertising, promotions, placements) are delivered as outlined in agreed packages

    SFCBL reserves the right to:

    • Approve or reject sponsors at its discretion
    • Modify or substitute sponsorship placements if reasonably necessary

    5. Intellectual Property

    All Website content, including:

    • League branding, logos, and designs

    is owned by SFCBL or licensed appropriately and protected by law.
